ユーザーが作成または分岐（フォーク）したスレッド、および本サービス内で生成された個体（スペックメン）の画像・DNAデータは、パブリックドメイン扱いとして扱われ、商用・非商用問わず誰でも自由に保存、コピー、改変、配布することができます。
・自動スクリプト、ボット等の使用によるサーバーへの過度なリクエスト送信
・ハニーポットや検証システムを意図的にバイパスする行為
・その他、本サービスのシステム運用を妨げる一切のハッキングや不正アクセス行為
本サービスの利用に関連して発生したユーザーの損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。また、予告なくサービス内容の変更、休止、進化シミュレーションの終了を行う場合があります。
These terms govern the use of the AI-generated genotype generative art exploration tool "gene46" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
Threads created or forked by users, as well as specimen images and DNA data generated within this Service, are treated as public domain. Anyone is free to save, copy, modify, and distribute them for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
• Sending excessive requests to the server using automated scripts, bots, etc.
• Intentionally bypassing the honeypot or verification system.
• Any other hacking or unauthorized access activities that disrupt the operation of this Service's system.
The operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the use of this Service. In addition, the content of the Service may be modified, suspended, or the evolution simulation terminated without prior notice.
